This Bourbon comes straight out of the cask (well, we filter out the barrel char!) and directly into a bottle. Same mash bill as our Straight Bourbon and aged ~ 5 ½ years. Bottled at ~110 proof, you get a little more strength than our Bottled in Bond, but it’s very smooth for a cask strength release. You’ll get more caramel and oak out of this release. Great neat or maybe just one cube of ice.
